2. The AI model detects the human hand.

Whether gloved or bare, the AI identifies the hand contour and movement instantly.

3. The moment an entry into the danger zone is detected

The image-processing engine generates a stop command.

4. The machine stops in under 50 ms.

A signal is sent to the robot/PLC/press controller via IO or fieldbus.

5. The event is recorded and reported.

The system stores the incident image, shows the operator why the stop occurred, and logs it for reporting.
